The present generation is far removed from Sanskrit and cannot churn these treasure houses of philosophy for guidance. But if a ready-made pudding is prepared, they may try, taste, and imbibe it. I believe in presenting the purport (bhāva) over word-for-word translation — making these ancient truths immediately accessible to the modern, enquiring mind.
